Emmanuel Middle School is seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to work throughout Key Stage 2 & 3. There will be some requirement to work in a 1:1 or small group situation with pupils who require specific support with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working with pupils with developmental behavioural and emotional needs and will be able to work and liaise with the SENDCo and other agencies if required to develop and implement strategies appropriate to the pupils needs.
We are also looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well-motivated, can work as part of a team and who has the skills and experience to assist teachers in maintaining our high expectations and supporting the Christian ethos of the school. First Aid training would be an advantage.
The contract is for between 25 – 30 hours per week and is term time only.

We are looking to recruit as soon as possible a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team to help during lunch break. The posts are permanent, term time only, and the hours will be Monday to Friday 12.30 – 1.45pm. Salary will be £9 per hour.
