Emmanuel Middle School is seeking to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to start in September 2022 working 18hpw on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working with pupils with educational needs and will be able to work and liaise with the SENDCo and other agencies if required to develop and implement appropriate strategies.

We are also looking for person who is enthusiastic, well-motivated, can work as part of a team and who has the skills and experience to assist teachers in promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour and be willing to support the Christian ethos of the school

In accordance with the “fluency duty” (Immigration Act 2016) fluency in English is required for all student and public-facing roles (refer to the Job Description & Person Specification for further details).

Note: the pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee with under 5 years' service.
